These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and HEY MAN LLC ("SPECTERS", "we", "us", "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company, governing your use of specters.fr and the SPECTERS AI travel-planning services (the "Service"). By creating an account, making a purchase, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
SPECTERS uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized travel itineraries and reports based on the information you provide, and offers an optional Travel Assistant subscription with ongoing features such as price monitoring, itinerary updates, and AI chat support.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Billing, subscription & auto-renewal
Please read this section carefully.
One-time report fee — $14.99. When you generate a trip report, you are charged a one-time fee of USD $14.99. This is a single charge. It does not start a subscription and nothing recurring is added to it.
Optional subscription — $39.99 per month. The Travel Assistant is a separate product you subscribe to yourself, at USD $39.99 per month. It is never started automatically. Once you subscribe, it automatically renews every month and your payment method will be charged $39.99 each month until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing support@specters.fr. Cancellation stops future monthly charges; you keep access through the end of the billing month already paid for.

All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclusive of any taxes that may apply. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method for the amounts described above. If a payment fails, we may retry or suspend access. We may change pricing or features prospectively; we will give notice of material changes before they take effect, and you may cancel if you do not agree.
4. Nature of the Service & travel disclaimers
- SPECTERS is a planning tool. We are not a travel agency, tour operator, airline, or hotel, and we do not sell or issue travel bookings ourselves.
- Prices, availability, schedules, and recommendations are generated using live and third-party data at the time of report creation and can change. We do not guarantee that any price or option remains available when you book.
- AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for verifying critical details (visas, passport validity, health requirements, opening hours, transport times) before relying on them.
- You are solely responsible for your own travel decisions and bookings, which are subject to the terms of the third parties you book with.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it unlawfully, reverse-engineering it, scraping or reselling outputs at scale, infringing intellectual property, or using it to violate any law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, branding, and design, is owned by HEY MAN LLC and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service and your generated reports for your personal travel purposes. You retain ownership of the trip inputs you provide.
7. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
8. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HEY MAN LLC and its members, officers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from travel disruptions, missed bookings, price changes, or reliance on AI-generated content. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HEY MAN LLC from claims and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
12. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when posted with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept them.
